Applying for Next School Year?
For families looking to enroll a student for
next school year,
applications open in early spring. Both resident and non-resident families may begin the application process at that time.
New Kindergarten Students
If you have a kindergarten student who plans to attend Oak Hill for next school year, please follow the steps in the section GETTING STARTED below to fill out a New Student Online Enrollment application.
If your child attends Oak Hill's preschool program, you will register as a returning student during returning student registration.

Non-Resident Applicants
A non-resident family is any family living outside of our district boundary lines. Non-resident families are encouraged to complete the online application as soon as possible. During the application process, you will need to complete the Non-Resident Student Application form. We also require school records and discipline records from the student's previous school in order for the student to be considered.
Getting Started
For families registering NEW students as a brand new Oak Hill family,
GET STARTED. You will enter your first and last name, then enter and confirm your email address. If you do not have an email address, you will be prompted to create a username then the system will assign you a password that you will need to record so you do not forget. Fill in the rest of your information, and you will be prompted to begin the application.
For families registering new students of CURRENT Oak Hill families, please log in to your existing
Skyward Family Access account then click New Student Enrollment tab to begin filling out the application.
For families registering RETURNING students who have attended Oak Hill in the past, you will need to fill out a New Student Enrollment application:

Computer & Internet Access
If you need access to a computer to complete the registration, each of our school offices has a computer available during their normal office hours. You may attend any of the five buildings, no matter what school your child will attend.
What Happens Next?
Once you submit the application, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know the application has been received. Once we receive all
necessary materials, we will review the student's application and will send you an email if your student is approved to attend. If you have any questions about the approval process, please contact the school in which the student would attend by calling 765-395-3341.

Our developmental preschool provides services to children ages 3-5 years old who qualify.
